Le “small talk” est une conversation décontractée sur des sujets généraux, souvent utilisée pour établir un rapport dans une interaction sociale. Dans le monde des affaires, le “small talk” joue un rôle essentiel dans la construction des relations et l’établissement d’un rapport positif.

Duration of workshop : 2 hours + preparation
Audience : Group of 4
Level : B2++ / C1
Pre-course task : Complete a pre-course questionnaire + prepare a 3-minute personal presentation (name, title, company, sector, job, role, main challenges, objectives, etc.)
